A small team that ships, sings, and means it.

Senior engineers from Thoughtworks. Coffee-fueled. Allergic to status meetings.

This is us.

Day-One ritual

Joining us? Be prepared to sing or dance on day one.

It's a tradition. Karaoke, kathak, a TikTok hook, a power-ballad — your call. Off-key is encouraged. We'll cheer either way.

(Camera-shy? We accept dad-jokes. Begrudgingly.)

How we roll

Four rules. That's the whole handbook.

Rule #1

Coffee, not standups.

Mornings are for deep work. We have one async check-in. The rest of the day is yours to build.

Rule #2

Seniors pair with juniors.

No deep end. No hazing rituals. You learn by sitting next to someone who's already been there.

Rule #3

Ship Mondays.

Demos every week. Deploys on the regular. We treat 'merged but not live' as a bug to be fixed.

Rule #4

We're allergic to BS.

No buzzword bingo. No 'sync the roadmap' meetings. We say what we mean. We mean what we ship.

Numbers we actually care about.

"On day one, nobody asked me for a status. They asked what I'd been thinking about."
